Do you have any questions about Fanveler?

  • A project is an event where fans around the world who support artists gather to create a variety of content in multiple languages. When a project reaches its goal (100%), supporters are provided with a reward. If a project does not reach its goal, supporters are fully refunded, and the reward will not be sent.

  • Even after a project has successfully reached its goal (100%), you can participate in the project until the remaining date and/or until the rewards remain.

  • A reward is provided to supporters of a project that has successfully reached its goal (100%).

    There are two types of rewards, digital rewards and non-digital rewards. These rewards may differ for each project.

    The delivery date for each reward may differ as well. Please check the story page of each project.

  • The delivery date for each reward may differ for each project. Please check the estimated delivery date on each project's story page. Generally, non-digital rewards are manufactured immediately after the project ends and are sent immediately after production is completed and assessed.

  • 90% of the amount paid is refundable when cancelling a project.

    100% of the amount paid will be refunded only if the project does not reach its goal (100%) within the period or is cancelled by the artist.

  • We will provide you with a notice when delivery is not made within the expected date of arrival.

    If you have not received your digital and/or non-digital reward after the expected arrival date (or announcement date), please contact us at support@fanveler.com. Please provide us with your name, ID, participating project and reward.

  • Fanveler's non-digital reward exchange/refund policy is as follows.

  • 1. Products are not shipped on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.

    2. Delivery may be delayed depending on national and regional characteristics.

    3. Shipping charges may be added to islands, mountainous areas, remote areas, and some areas.

    4. In the case of overseas delivery, the customer is responsible for taxes such as customs duties, VAT and customs fees.
