Standard Shipping Policy

1. All products will be packaged and shipped at the same time for simultaneous purchases. Purchasing multiple products at the same time may delay shipping as the release date of one product may be postponed under manufacturer's circumstances. Due to such circumstances, it may be difficult to receive benefits from pre-order/first print products, so please order separately.

2. Products are not shipped on weekends (Saturdays, Sundays) and holidays.

3. Products are shipped within 1-5 days upon payment. (However, shipping may be delayed depending on inventory).

4. Delivery may be delayed depending on destination.

5. Additional shipping fee may occur for islands, mountainous, remote areas, and etc.

6. The customer is responsible for taxes including customs duties, VAT, and customs fees for overseas delivery.

7. Please check our privacy policy and FAQ before making a purchase.

Exchange/Refund

Product Exchange/Refund Policy
1. Cancellation is possible before delivery starts.

(90% of the amount paid is refundable when cancelling a pre-order product.)

2. Exchange/refund policy for delivered products is as follows.

[1] The exchange/refund request period is within 7 days of delivery.

[2] If the delivered product has a major defect or is different from your order, you can request for an exchange/refund.

[3] Exchange/refund is not possible for the following:

(1) When the exchange/refund period is over.

(2) If you do not like the randomly provided product.

(3) If the box and packaging are damaged during delivery.

(4) Minor defects such as small scratches on the product during delivery.

(5) Insufficient evidence of damage (according to the privacy policy, Fanveler must be provided with evidence, i.e. photos of box, invoice, and product).

(6) When benefits such from first print purchases are not provided due to delivery delays of one or more products within the purchase.

3. The refund policy for products with problems pertaining to delivery after shipment is as follows:

(Products that are not delivered after shipment cannot be exchanged)

[1] The refund request period for products that have not been delivered after shipping is within 7 days of the estimated arrival date for domestic purchases in Korea and within 30 days of the estimated arrival for international purchases outside of Korea.

[2] Total refunds are possible for delivery problems due to issues from Fanveler or the shipping company.

[3] If there is a delivery problem, submit a 1:1 inquiry and Fanveler will request an investigation with the shipping company. If the product cannot be received due to a problem with the carrier, refund is possible.

[4] If you did not receive your order despite the delivery being declared completed, submit a 1:1 inquiry and Fanveler will request an investigation with the shipping company. If the product cannot be delivered due to a problem with the carrier, refund is possible.

[5] For international deliveries, only partial refunds are possible if the purchased products are returned to Fanveler due to customs clearance problems or delivery problems caused by local shipping company (total amount paid by the customer - shipping cost - return shipping cost = partial refund amount).

[6] Refunds are not possible for the following:

(1) When the refund request period has expired.

(2) If the product is not delivered because the recipient name or address has been provided in an incorrect or misleading manner.

(3) When benefits such from first print purchases are not provided due to delivery delays of one or more products within the purchase.

(4) If the buyer refuses to receive the package.

(5) Failure to pay any and all fees pertaining to customs.

4. How to apply for exchange/refund

Please contact us at support@fanveler.com. Please include recipient name, account ID, and product name.

If the product is defective, please attach a photo.

5. Refund method

[1] Refunds are compensated in full, partial and Fanveler points.

[2] Full or partial refunds are processed through PayPal or your payment card company.

[3] The refund process may be extended due to the circumstances of your bank or credit card company..
